true. but I've been politically active with the Israeli left for years, I ran a company that provided the poorest of
Gazans with solar energy, and I'm in contact with quite a few people on both sides of the border.
what is required of me?
an open mind & good listening skills
who will lead the discussion?
no one really. I will try to make some introduction, and hopefully I can get someone from Gaza to join the meeting
virtually. afterwards it's just about giving each other the space to talk, be heard, and think together.
what's the goal?
to be better informed. to have a safe space to share. to hear other ideas. to be compassionate. to learn. to come up
with ideas on how to make things better. to be wrong.
will you feed me?
I'll make some nice big warm soup and you can bring a beer, a wine, or just have water.
